"This hotel is just outside Jacksonville airport on Duvall Road. They offer parking on site for a duration of your trip(for a fee) as well as shuttle service too and from the airport. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was perfect for my early morning flight the next day I would use Hyatt place again."

"The place was fine for a one night stay. Here are a few things to know. We reserved for 3 adults expecting to use the sofa sleeper. We got in late and once checked in, looked for the sofa bedding. Finally we called and were told we had to get that from the front desk. We barely got there in time before the desk closed. "Our room was updated and very clean. Hotel staff was super helpful. The pool is smaller than the pictures made it seem but it was still very nice. The beach is a few steps away and gorgeous. Would definitely come back!"
