"Everything stood out!!! It was very clean, staff were very friendly and the best part PET FRIENDLY!!! The free breakfast was delicious and the buffet was AMAZING!! I couldn’t believe all the variety of food they had. They also made fresh omelettes, right in front of you. This was my 2nd stay and I recommend recommended 100%! "

"The room was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The bed was so comfortable and the hot water worked excellent. The only issue I had was that the hair dryer did not function at all. I actually needed it. But it was not a big deal. "

When checking out I needed change for a $20 so I could tip the housekeeper but nobody at the front desk had any change nor did housekeeping. That was SO weird. Loved that there was free parking and it was a huge parking area for many cars. The bathroom needed a bit of attention and I did take photos but not sure there is a way to attach here. "This is my 5th or 6th time to stay at Hotel Settles. It's a perfect half way point between Dallas and Big Bend. The staff has always been friendly. The restaurant has good food. And the rooms feel luxurious despite not being luxury prices. I've already got plans to be back in May."
