Kampung di Bicol

"Loved our stay, very friendly staff and comfortable beds. However cleanliness especially in the bathroom was not up to par. It also was smelling a bit moldy. None the less still enjoyed our stay."

"We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared."

"Staff are welcoming and helpful."

"The property was very nice and attractive. The staff were very receptive, courteous and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed our stay there."

"Good location near shopping malls"

"Charle's home away from home is Fernando's Hotel"

"Heavenly"

"The sink just just too low for me ..that's it.. but I understand why its so low"

"This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive...

"The room is okay but not that clean enough too much dust, insects trashcan not clean and more. Not satysfied "

"Som alltid bra mat och bra boende"

"Charles Rahim loved the Emerald Biytique Hotel in legazpi because it was easy to park the car at, included a buffet breakfast and wasn't crowded. The rooms are slightly smaller but it still has everything. The staff are good. The hotel is within walking distance to Jolibee and its located in a side street off the main road which makes parking easier. No real view but liked it."
