"Everything and everyone was incredible at the hotel from the staff and amenities. The only problem with this hotel is the soccer stadium directly next to it. My cab couldn’t get through and dropped me off at the bottom of the hill and I had to walk which is fine only then the police wouldn’t let me pass on foot either. I walked around the back side and was lumped into a massive crowed of rabid soccer fans. Reaching the other side of the stadium I again was told no I couldn’t pass and had to beg the police to let me pass and they escorted to the back entrance. Just take a look at whoever plays at this stadium before booking. Also the game went late and you could hear the screaming for hours. This issue isn’t with the hotel or the staff because again they were all remarkable"

"Excellent location and superb bosphorus views. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very rich. They figured out it was my wife’s birthday and sent a cake and prosecco to the room. Very thoughtful. Transportation wasn’t as bad as we thought. You can take public buses to Üsküdar and take water bus from Üsküdar to Kabataş. This way you can avoid the bosphorus bridge traffic. Don’t miss the nearby Beylerbeyi Palace. Overall excellent stay and strongly recommended."

"What a great service it was. Everyone at the reception and guest service were so helpful ,friendly and kind . They suggested the best restaurant that we had amazing time and service . We were not familiar with the area , the receptionist took time showed us the boat time ( how to find )and also showed us the direction to go to there . We will be back next year !!!!"
