"First we was excited to come to this property because we have been there before but when we get it this time to be honest I was very disappointed housekeeping never came to the room to change the garbage or to make the bed. Secondly he was not too much of Kids friendly which I was disappointed barely any activities for the children. Everything was extra fee which was disappointing and it seems like it was more of order disability facilitated there than children facility."

"This property was absolutely disgusting. The best part is the photo of the lobby. The smell in the hallways are overwhelming. The room was filthy. The bathroom so full of mold the smell was horrible. We made it an hour and a half before my eyes were swollen, my throat was sore, and a headache had kicked in. We had to leave. They absolutely did nothing. They wouldn’t even cooperate with Expedia. All around it was an absolutely horrible experience and service."

"Great resort with many amenities. Problem is most of the amenities don’t open until noon and close as early as 7 PM like the main pool on the weekend. Most of the staff are super friendly. Our kids had a great time."
