"A one off experience for us, as it was very expensive. It's off the bucket list now, but certainly worth doing. Fabulous hotel with great staff. A complimentary minibar would have been a nice touch and they automaticlly aded extra service charge to the final bill that we asked to have removed. Other than that, couldnt fault it. "

"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."
