"Absolutely outstanding customer service.The restaurant is an absolute must! we decided dinner was the best we had ever enjoyed in the UK wonderful service and piping hot food served to our table, perfectly timed between the three courses and the flavours were divine. The staff at breakfast worked absolute miracles with a huge choice of food and the buffet was constantly refilled WELL DONE!! "

"We stayed here for a break as we have 3 children at home. We hadnt been away for 3 years so had high expectations. It didnt disappoint. We had a lovely time. "Great service at check in. Clean room with good tea and coffee facilities. The buffet breakfast was great. There was a good selection of cooked food items. The coffee was lovely too. Location wise, the hotel is well situated and about a 15 minute walk from Birmingham New Street train station. The hotel is pretty close to the library, bars and a few of restaurants. "Great hotel some small issues do need to be addressed the taps constantly leaked in the bathrooms we moved rooms when we first arrived as the bathroom taps was leaking we moved to another room and that tap started leaking apart from that no issues staff very attentive and dealt with any issues promptly i would definitely stay again 😀 "
