"The hotel itself was nice, but we were very disappointed with how our booking was handled. We booked a room that was advertised for 3 guests, but upon arrival we were told the third guest could only be a child, not an adult. They would not allow us to cancel the stay, leaving us with no real choice but to upgrade to a larger suite for an additional fee. This should have been clearly stated during the booking process. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Lissabon. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage – viele Restaurants und schöne Ecken waren gut erreichbar. Das Hotel war außerdem sehr sauber und die Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
