"The property is great. The room is cute and comfortable. The staff is so nice. The free coffee/tea/ water is great and they have a wine happy hour. The downside was the lobby was filled with people so there was nowhere for us to sit inside. It seemed like a lot of college students using their laptops and not hotel guests. "We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern. However, the owners might want to upgrade the levalor blinds to higher-quality ones, preferably with blackout options like those found in most hotels. Additionally, you are not insulated from the crashing noises of other guests and service staff crashing around outside your room. The elevators felt a bit slow, and we weren't particularly impressed with the hotel food. Luckily, there are many tasty options nearby. "

"No breakfast. There is a bar and some snacks you can purchase but it’s expensive. Alot of homeless people sleep on the roads by this hotel. Also I had a king luxe balcony room and it didn’t get down to cooling temp much the balcony door puts off alot of heat. My room was hot during day. But everything else was good. "
