"The Staff at this place made a 5star experience even better.we arrived late in the evening not sure where to park and the bell hop jumped right into action opening doors grabbing our luggage while we were still in traffic.the desk clerk offered grate dinning suggestions willl absolutely 100% return this Gem in the heart of the city "

"Although my husband needed to cover the window for real darkness in the room and the door between the 2 rooms not well isolated( we could hear pretty much everything from the convi to the snoring the guy next room was snoring very loudly) the room was beautiful and the view on the pool was nice. It was a cold weekend (even for us, canadians) so we didn't get the chance to try their heated pool. Our room was cleaned everyday, bed done, towels changed(usefull with the type of room we got), new water bottles and coffee. The staff were all nice. The valet guys were all gents. Truly a beautiful hotel well runned! "
