"Traveled with a group of friends for a concert. We loved this hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious rooms. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - so close to shopping and pubs. It was also so close to CHSq - it made our night out easy and fun. "

"Lovely clean comfortable hotel. Good for the price in Belfast. Easy 18 minutes walk to centre. There is public options close by. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room lovely and comfortable with fridge kettle tea coffee biscuits hairdryer iron & board toiletries tissues. But no air con and rather hot in august. Fan supplied on request. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Area is in university quarter and a little run down with some rough sleepers but did not feel unsafe so don’t let...

"Excellent accomodation on south side of belfast.a nice big apartment equiped with everything you need for along or short stay .the host very pleasant and friendly could not do enough for you .great value for money with breakfast included All seasons ideally located in a nice area to explore Belfast .
