"We arrived at the hotel from Manchester on a Brussels Airlines flight. Unfortunately they hadn’t put our case on the plane and having reported the loss at the airport presented ourselves to the hotel reception in the only clothes we had. The receptionist was fantastic (unfortunately we didn’t get her name) but after checking us in she organised bathroom robes for the evening and chargers for both our mobile phones. "The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."
