"I stayed for 3 nights. Easy check in and valet always brought car around on time although I heard others were not satisfied and had been waiting for a while. We had a few meals at the restaurant downstairs. It was decent. Although one night we were the only ones there for dinner (Wednesday) and our meals took extra long to bring out. "The bed was quite hard and the Air Conditioner was quite loud and would wake you up when it shut off with a loud clunk sound. But it is an inexpensive place to stay in Downtown Ottawa and if it wasn't for the loud AC and that was probably just my room I would stay again if I had to go back to Ottawa."

"I was a retired hotelier and believe some older model of air conditioning should be replaced because the noise disturbs the comfort and sleep of the client. Breakfasts arrangement is outstanding and cost effective for walk in customers; however for tour group perhaps the hotel should consider including bread/toast (I heard quite a few from tour group asking why there was no bread/toast).
