"They reset your hotel key every night so have to have it reactivated every night and some of the front desk staff were kind of rude and they need to keep up on pool area keeping floor clean and towels stocked but good hotel overall"

"Place is clean, but really showing its age. The ac unit was so loud it kept us up. The shower was broken. One of the beds made a sound like thunder when my son rolled over. It is in desperate need of some updates. "

"This place is a dump. When checking in the lobby was a daycare, with moms and kids, and a pit bull, lounging around as if it was someones living room. These people were not guest but some staff and friends. The room provided, smelled like sewage, trying to figure out where the smell was coming from, checking the toilet, the seat didn't fit the toilet. Back to reception to change rooms, They mentioned a broken sewage pipe, nothing they could do. Large creator in the parking lot with a cone (probably the issue) changing rooms, long time resident fixing his bike by the open door with his German Shepard, ready to rip my face off. The room - broken window, fridge/microwave not plugged in, and need to move heavy furniture to plug in. Never took my shoes off, rug looked old and worn. Bedding didn't match the two beds and was sketchy looking, slept poorly on top. Couldn't wait to leave. If we hadn't paid over $100, we would have left immediately, How Wyndham allows this is a good question. I will be letting them know. And don't use the railing on the front steps, as its very loose and an accident waiting to happen."

"Check in was chaotic. Phone ringing off the hook, line in the lobby, and only one receptionist. Another person came in to help. Some people were having issues with no heat or hot water in their rooms and they were having to switch rooms. The Second Lady that came to help was super rude and short with one man needing to change rooms. With the hotel filling up, due to spring break, the manager hiked the prices to $133. Crazy for such an unprepared hotel. Thankfully everything worked in our room. It’s obvious that they did a quick make over of the hotel. Slapped paint on and it just looks gross in places like the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable. We had springs sticking in our hips. The breakfast was running out of things and they weren’t being replaced. Syrup, plastic ware, boiled eggs…. Coffee was taken down at 10:00. It’s not available after that. "
