Assistant manger was extremely rude. Bathrooms and rooms dirty and no service when needed. Worst experience ever.

Best Western Plus Beckley Inn
Everything was good. Mandy at the front desk when we checked in was a delight. Even called the room after we checked in to make aure everthing was okay. The only thing I would suggest is some better lighting in the bathroom. Otherwise all was good!
