"The room had an unpleasant smell, like something had been sitting there for a long time. There was a lot of hair and animal fur on the bed. We tried to contact someone to resolve this, but did not receive a response."

"We’ve been coming here for years and it seems that they are doing some great work to improve the rooms and the property. It’s a very relaxing property with extremely friendly staff and is in an excellent location. Breakfast is adequate well stocked and there is coffee, always available in the lobby area. "

"It was a wonderful experience! The hotel staff were friendly, free breakfast was constantly refreshed by staff and everything was very clean and inviting in the lobby. The room had a pleasant smell, lots of room, and fresh clean sheets. The bathroom was also very clean. The views from the room we were in was the gorgeous scenic mountains but you’re really close to a lot of shops and restaurants, you’re also just minutes from a cute street full of interesting small businesses, shops, cafes and restaurants. Not to mention the train station! We were super happy with our stay here!"
