"I stayed here for 6 days and it was amazing. Easy check in and easy check out, they had a really nice pool and the property had so many shops and restaurants walking distance. Also I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees everything was straight forward and open communication. 10/10 would recommend"

"I booked this hotel based on shuttle to and from the Disney parks. I call after next morning when we’re on the way to make sure of this service as well as a few other things. We asked what times that the shuttle service runs and their response was twice a day in just the morning and now I have to drive to the park and pay $35 on top of now the nonsense parking fee to stay at this hotel is ridiculous as well!! I couldn’t cancel the reservation due to being that day without losing all my money....

"Location is directly on a main highway with street noise, the curtains help for privacy. Distance to WDW and Publix is convenient. Unit front door does not close properly and there are large gaps that let in heat and air conditioning out. Damage on the stove and the dish washer has burn marks and rusting on rack (the detergent holder in the machine also did not work). The jacuzzi tub did not work. Every time we cooked 1-3 smoke alarms went off and we had to open the door. Sofa is uncomfortable...
