"I checked in and got my room key. When I stepped in the room I immediately noticed there was no smoke detector just wires hanging from the ceiling where one had once been taped. I went to the office and they told me there was a different system and “the guy is coming tomorrow to patch it”. I was staying two nights. So my room is being renovated while I am there? Although the staff was nice and offered to get me a different room I made the call not to stay there. "

"We had an oceanfront room on the 2nd floor, and it was a beautiful space—clean and well-maintained. We appreciated having water in the fridge, as we usually bring our own. The main pool was lovely, but we couldn't find any seats because they were all taken. We tried to reserve two lounges in their reserved area with an ocean view for a couple of hours, but it was priced at $250 for two people, which seemed excessive, especially since no one was using them. They should have offered it at half...

"Paid for a 2 queen room and signed in with the mobile app. Picked up our keys around 930 pm, went to the room only to discover only one bed. Spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and he informed me that the manager who was on duty earlier in the day took it upon herself to switch us to a 1 king room without notifying us of course. So there was that. Horrible sleep but hey stuff happens. Got up in the morning to shower and get ready for the day - black mold in the shower. And not just in a...

"Waited till 5 pm to check in..then a room with the restaurant vent directly in front of balcony. On 3 rd floor...no partial ocean view as described...restaurant flavors had no depth in the dishes... everything is. Over priced... 2 hundred more i d atay at 4 season's..better everything...."
