"Let me start by saying the staff are amazing and very friendly. The pool was simple but lovely, with very nice lounge chairs. Easy access to a beautiful beach, mini golf right next door, short walk to great restaurants. The breakfast was better than expected, scones, bagels, muffins, arriving warm. Parking was easy and free. The rooms are dated and very small, but they were clean. The air conditioning worked great the room was very comfortable, temperature-wise. "

"The Beachside motel is the place to stay if you are vacationing Amelia Island. I have been going there at least once a year, the employees and management will remember you. They don’t have a continental breakfast and that helps with keeping the rooms at an affordable price. If you’re there on vacation the best breakfast is at the Magnolia Cafe anyway. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You will not regret staying here to have the extra money to explore all the Island has to offer."

"The room was spacious. It even had a little kitchenette. It was very clean too. The room and property are a little worn out. If you're expecting new and shiny this is not the place for you. It gas seen better days, but nothing that a fresh coat of paint wouldn't take care of. Its also convenient to historic St. Augustine. "
