"Great place to swim in 3-4 different pools. The sandy beach was ok, near the water had a lot of seaweed, so it was kind of hard to swim in but the pools were great. We really only hung out at the one big pool by the ocean. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. Ask a lot of questions when you get to the front desk because it will be hard to get back up to them to ask any other questions as the time we went was very busy. There is a good feature that you can just text somebody and they can help with anything usually."

"We had to rooms across the street at a home they own. We were only there for 1 night. Everything was great except maybe the very thin windows. It is an old house and I don’t think there is much they can do to make it better. The noise inside was like you had a window open all night. The roosters will wake you up in the middle of the night and so will any neighbors that come home at 2 am or leave at 7 am. Other than that everything was great. I guess for the price I would stay there again! It was pretty cheep compared to the rest of the other places. "

"Mostly clean, handprints on the walls, but floors, bathroom, and sheets were clean. Good location-we rented a golf cart for part of the trip but it’s also walkable. Pool was clean and quiet. Would stay here agin! "

"Love the room it's clean and cozy house style room. Only issue was the parking but if you are lucky you can get a front parking otherwise you have to park a block away but still not too bad. "

"We stayed in the Hemingway house which is a free standing structure but public walkways are right outside so for privacy, the blinds need to stay shut which makes it dark.We enjoyed the pool. Pool towels were available in the office. There was no place to hang extra wet clothes or towels in the unit so we hung them on the porch railing. Be aware that access to the bathroom is through the bedroom, if anyone is sleeping on the pull out couch. Parking was fine in March-April, we could always find a spot on the street even though the driveway was being repaired. Overall it was quiet & peaceful but guests are in close proximity so we did hear a crying child one night and an alarm/beeping throughout the night another night. They communicated well and facilitated a late check in for us (after 5:30). Overall it was clean, friendly staff, nice ambiance, especially the outdoor courtyards. The walk to Duvall St was a little farther than I would have liked but doable. Breakfast was fine: bagels, danishes, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cheese sticks, apple juice & coffee."

"I had an ocean front suite is was wonderful. The room was very clean and well presented. I ate the restaurant a few times during my stay and it was perfect everytime. I also used the fitness center and valet and everything was wonderful. "
