"Stayed at this hotel for two days. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, and the overall price of the room was reasonable. However, the rooms are quite old and need renovation. The room felt stuffy and poorly ventilated, with very little fresh airflow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The breakfast was particularly disappointing for the price the selection was very limited, mainly consisting of scrambled eggs,...

"We hand a smooth check in and everythjg was ok. The only issue that we had with the property was the smell through the public areas. Property management needs to do something about it."

"Location was good, very handy, close to Southern Cross station. Staff were nice. I ended up having to move rooms because the room I had booked had a connecting door to the adjoining room and you could hear the neighbour. I wish this information had been clear when making the booking. Apparently all of their studio apartments have adjoining doors to other rooms. One bedroom apartment was spacious and kitchen had all utensils. TV was 55 inches I believe which is quite generous."

"If you have a car then parking is a nightmare , the hotel provided parking cost is extremely high and there are not many good alternatives close to this hotel. Hotel Bed was terribly uncomfortable and pillows not good so the sleeping experience a 2 out of 10. The rest of the apartment met expectations."
