"近くにレストランやカフェが充実、ロトルア湖もそば。施設を利用する時間がなくて残念でした。ゆっくり二泊はしたいと思えるところです。スタッフの方々もセルフチェックインになるためにメッセージを何度も送ってくれ、あたたかいサポートを感じます。NZ初日のステイでしたので温泉で温まって足も軽くなりまた運転開始できました。駐車場も部屋の前に止めれるので便利です。"

"Not a bad place to stay if you have busy days planned and use the motel to crash out. The mall is just across the road and Pak n save is close by too. A short drive to Eat street but you could walk this too. Maybe a 15 min walk or less. Room was clean and spacious ( 2 ppl). Parking is a bit of a squeeze but ok. Spa and pool where closed during our stay"

"You can’t go wrong with this GEM of a place, everything was perfect, the bed much better than a motel at the base of the Mountain who charged a tonne more! Great parking and hosts you can talk to, we’ve already booked our next stay 🏁❣️🏁"

"The room was immaculate, clean and comfortable for the two of us. Great bathroom very big and spacious. I had to work for a bit, the desk was spacious and the wifi had good coverage. We did not have a spa pool. Staff very friendly and I used the service sign to have our room serviced; came back and the room was spotless, thank you. Will definitely stay again and the rate was very good. Close to supermarket, town and restaurants so good location."

"The apartment and location was second to none. Absolutely stunning. This is my second time staying here. One comment though, please can you put in a long mirror or at least one bigger than the small one in the bathroom above the sink. 🌸"
