"We had an awesome stay with our family over the New Year period. Even though the hotel was right by the main road, we felt very secure knowing our car was safe in the property. The new owners are great to deal with, very accommodating and quick to rectify any issues. The property was clean and the rooms have been updated which feels very modern. Great stay, will definitely be back next time we are in Tauranga/Mount Maunganui"

"Great location- close to a lot of attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. The place was clean and super comfortable with everything you might need during your trip. "We really enjoyed our short stay. Everything we needed was on hand. Lovely short walk to the waters edge. Only mildly annoying thing was the clomping of the boots on the floor above in the morning. Fortunately we rose early but it was an intrusion on our otherwise peaceful stay. We will return we we come to Tauranga next. Thanks. "

"Good communication to check our arrival time as we didn’t realise check-in closed at 6.30 pm on this particular day, instead of 8pm. The room was clean, comfortable, roomy & we enjoyed the spa bath. The only mini gripe (which I forgot to mention to them) was there was no milk for a cuppa. There was nowhere close by open to buy milk at that time of night. Aside from that, I would stay again."
