My experience at this property was completely unacceptable. The room was in extremely poor condition, and several issues raised serious concerns about safety, cleanliness, and the accuracy of the listing.
There were no fire evacuation instructions anywhere in the room, and exposed telephone wiring was hanging beneath the television. Although this was advertised as a deluxe room, nothing about it met that standard. The bedding was dirty, and both the main pool and the private pool were so poorly maintained that they could not be used.
The ceiling appeared to be held up with visible screws, and there was mould present in multiple areas. The oven had no racks, making it impossible to heat food safely. These conditions are far below what any guest should expect.
This property did not meet basic safety requirements or hygiene standards, and the listing was misleading. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this accommodation based on my experience.
