"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the ITC Royal Bengal from April 14 - 25, 2024. It was a very positive experience. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I stayed at the Tower room on the 57th floor. The room is spacious and very well maintained with all the facilities to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I used the dining services for breakfast and dinner at the Grand Market Pavilion, as well as the Darjeeling Lounge. There are a huge number of menu options available and both the quality and taste of food are great. The dining room staff are very attentive and friendly. From the moment of being greeted into dining until the end of the meal, every staff member went out of their way to make sure that I was eating well. While I can mention Neha, Islam, Tanmoy, and Tania among others (since I can remember their names), everyone was truly very caring to my needs. The gym is very well-equipped for different types of workouts like weights, cardio, or yoga and it was nice to interact with Soumen over there. Please keep up the good work. I look forward to returning in the future."

"This is one of the best hotels we have ever visited. The communication from the staff was so swift and efficient with Mr Adnan Asaz responding to my emails a few weeks prior to our visit with astonishing alacrity. A pick-up from the airport was waiting for us on arrival in Kolkata and on reaching the hotel many of the staff were there to great us including general manager Natasha. What a friendly hotel!"

"This is a very beautiful historical property. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was on top of making sure the room was clean along with water, tea, and coffee stocked daily. Bicky is amazing at taking care of the room and makes sure everything is perfect when he cleans the room. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again for future visits to Kolkata."

"Wonderful hotel with very comfortable rooms and fantastic staff. The only drawback is that it is about 8 km away from the city with limited surrounding amenities. However, with Uber, it’s easy to get around."

"OVERALL: Once you pass through the very understated entrance gate, and go through check-in, you'll find yourself in a spacious, beautiful palace. Calm, serene, beautifully restored, with a spectacularly beautiful bar and an amazing courtyard with fountain works. The area makes for a beautiful night walk. The former queen's pool is fit for...well, a queen. F&B: you're greeted with nice chocolates with some local flavours. The restaurant was the only let-down; the cheap 90-s Thai optic furnishings doesn't really fit the environment, and the food was nice, but not great; the service was. ROOM: very spacious, with a beautiful all marble new bathroom. Good amenities - but no conditioner! They need that."
