The service from the staff was great, I really liked this and my Dad really liked it too. The breakfast was good and had variety. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good power. We would get an Uber to the Indian Museum/Park Street and would then spend the whole day walking around the sites (Victoria Memorial Hall, Tipu Sultan Masjid, Birla Planetarium, Indian Museum, Markets and Park Street). One day we had to travel a bit further to get to Rabindranath Tagore Museum but it is well worth it. If you dont mine taking a 30min taxi to the highlights then this is definitely the hotel for you.

Pricey but excellent service, comfort and bar.

Very good hotel with unparalleled hospitality. Staff was unusually helpful and continental breakfast was awesome with a variety of items. On our request the hotel staff provided fresh food preparation for our train journey from Hawarah to Bhubaneswar. This hotel is pricey but service was excellent.

I will be back!

If you decide to travel to Kolkata as a tourist, I can't imagine a better place to stay than Hyatt Centric if you (like me) like to have a solid breakfast, very service minded employees and be able to relax after a day in busy Kolkata. Location is fairly close to many attractions.

Very professional and good staff. Rooms were spacious, very clean and very well designed. Restrooms were also spacious. Hot water from in the shower always. The cleaning crew was amazing. Pinki created art with towels for us on the bed. Sees restaurant was really good service and so was the breakfast. The hotel felt spacious and just pleasant.
