"We arrived in the morning by train and were greeted warmly by staff, who then allowed us you check in early. The room was spotless, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped and clean. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth. "

But the piece de resistance is the amazing Roman spa which guests can use in the morning and evening for 2 hours. Several different pools of different temperatures plus sauna and steam room. "The room was incredibly clean, fresh milk and a bottle of water provided which was fantastic! The bed was sooo comfy, I had a decent hot shower and the rooms were on the large side which is nice. Room service was tasty and the main was just enough, I didn’t need a dessert. I was full. Service by the staff was brilliant. Full English breakfast was delicious and for once I stayed in a hotel where their machine latte was actually nice to drink. I’ll be staying again, "
