"A lovely, comfortable stay, everything we needed and more. A range of tea and coffee available with a tasty treat. Parking available on the carpark, with about a 15 minute walk to Bath centre, so saved us parking in the centre. We were glad we brought trainers as Bath is hillier than we were expecting but very beautiful! Delicious breakfast. Great communication with the owners. Definitely recommended and we would stay here again for a returning visit to Bath. "

"The staff was excellent, especially Mandakni at the restaurant and her manager. They were professional and knowledgeable, offering good food recommendations. We really enjoyed the pool area. My kids loved it. The only downside is that parking is farther away and costs an additional around £25. "

"Great stay at this property. The room was large and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. A very modern bathroom although the extractor fan could have been more powerful to dry the bathroom. We couldn’t work out the air conditioning but it wasn’t too warm in the room. It was quiet at night and the curtains made the room dark so easy to sleep. The staff were very friendly and we had a cooked breakfast the next morning. The location is great and only about a 10 minute walk into the city...

And also it is right next door to the thermal bath spa. My only complaint is when we booked it it said we had use of the amenities of the hydrotherapy within the hotel. Getting close to our booking date we received information about it letting us know when we were allowed to attend. We were restricted from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to...

"Perfect location ten minutes away to the Abbey church. Stayed for 3 nights and slept well. Woke up from the smell of delicious breakfast. Very beautiful English townhouse so no lift. Highly recommend! "

"Love the property, my room was beautiful and it looked out to the back of the house onto the gardens. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great. My only problem was the wifi-it was not reliable which was an issue since this was a work trip and I had work to do while I was there. "

Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. "
