"Stayed here for three nights for a quick first time Austin getaway. I was already happy with the services even before arriving based on a couple of phone call request. Angela the front desk staff was an absolute gem. Professional, kind, friendly, everything an employer would want from their employee. THANK YOU!! "Absolutely amazing front desk staff! Specifically Miguel! I had major car issues that resulted in needing my car towed an hour and a half away from where I live. It was a busy night as there was a concert close by that I was supposed to attend as well as a majority of the people staying there. Miguel was amazing and provided comfort and assistance when he was able to. The hotel even approved refunding my stay since I was being picked up that night due to my car troubles and needing to find a way back home. Only issue I had was wanting to take a relaxing bath after the stressful drive but the bathtub was filthy and leaking. Would stay again, they seriously made me feel so safe"
