"Dirty room and air con not working. We booked one night so that we could get a restful sleep. Air con didnt work so had to keep tbe balcony door open to keep cool at night. Safety concern for seniors……………… I would not recommend this hotel Should be labeled false advertisement "

"The hotel is actually a floor on the 5th level of an apartment building, the address is incorrect, we were guided by a gentleman who was so used to find tourist looking for this so-called hotel. The rooms are big, old furniture, windows, bathroom etc. One day the cleaner didn't want to clean the room so he put the no disturb sign in the door. The staff avoided checking the camera because they knew it was the hotel's fault. We've asked for a plate to cut a mango for the child and we were told they have too many people at breakfast😆"
