"Town and Country is the only hotel I could find within an easy (45 minute) drive to Mount Washington, as we had tickets for the Mount Washington Cog Railway. As it seems to be the only one nearby, there was quite a diverse population staying. The rooms were nice, even though we were in the back of the hotel. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, and they were pretty good. While we didn't eat at the restaurant, the food did look delicious and the menu was pretty large."

The studio we rented was very clean and comfortable but the kitchen was lacking in some practical cooking utensils. "The Omni stay and staff were amazing! I had an issue booking via a 3rd party, but the staff was very understanding and supportive in managing the issue. Both rooms we were placed in were extremely relaxing and upscale in their own special ways. We loved our room in the main hotel and in the Presidential suite. The views are priceless, and I can highly recommend the stables for all ages, 3-83 years young. The afternoon tea / cider and snacks made for a lovely introduction to other guests and their stories. We met so many interesting, humble, and open-hearted people during our stay. We had cocktails or food at each of the on-site options and loved them all. The food was great and the cocktails, original. We weren’t able to take the train ride but did take the gondola up for a dinner (with two 3 year olds), and the grilled cheese was devoured by all, as well as our own adult orders!"
