"Room was great. Tried to get a drink at the “pub” and even though 2 guests were sitting there was no bartender to be seen. Plenty of great pubs in the area though. "

"The heated pool was nice considering it winter. I liked how the coffee station was a self-serve with filtered water so you had more options than just the one or two kurig in room. Breakfast was delicious. The decor modern, with area local photos. So close to town, very convenient"

Friends booked a separate room for one night directly with the motel, but the booking system had a glitch/error. The motel system booked them for different dates, even though my friend's confirmation email from them was correct. Without going into too many details, it would have been nice if the managers were given some leeway to make decisions to provide great...

"Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...
