I had mentioned that we were traveling to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and honestly, they made her feel so special. They gave her a birthday sash at the front desk, and when we got to the room, there were balloons, a decorated table with a happy birthday setup, and the whole room had been specially decorated for her. It was amazing. They were helpful at all times. The only small thing I would mention is that the beds were not as comfortable for me because they were a little too soft. I’m more used to firmer beds. But honestly, that was just a minor detail. The kids really enjoyed the pool, especially since it was still cold outside"
