"We were a large party with multiple rooms. Most of the rooms had a distinct smell in them, some had a moldy sent, our room had a chemical smell that I think was an attempt to cover someone smoking in the room. The front desk staff of little to no help that came with an attitude. When someone in our group asked for direction to an area we wanted to visit, the attendent had no idea where that is let alone which direction to go. "Wonderful experience. We stayed as a family for four nights and we were so impressed. The rooms were very clean, huge and well equipped with a kitchenette and comfy sofa. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the ladies preparing the breakfast buffet. They worked so hard to clean the tables, and restock the breakfast items and hot drinks. Our kids loved being able to have a hot Chocolate in the lobby at nighttime as well. Thank you for a great stay!"
