"The inn was fine for our purpose to be close to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Room was very nice. Pillows were flat which is a big no no for me. Could hear someone snoring in the house. Situated on a very busy road but the inn has a fabulous bike path right in the back yard."

"Carol is an amazing innkeeper. She’s worth the stay in itself! However, the property is lovely, the food is delicious and the neighborhood is beautiful. It feels like being home. You just want to snuggle in to the home. "

"Super cute property on a quiet side road. It's outdated, though that gives it most of its charm. Staff were super friendly and was greeted with wine and cheese when we arrived. The only issue was that I was not expecting the stairs to be so steep (was traveling with an older person). Right near the beach and walking distance to downtown Chatham."

"Beautiful place. Great location. Friendly, helpful staff, but I especially appreciated the continental breakfast, but if you want something more substantial, just walk 2 doors down to a great little breakfast/lunch spot. Note that they have 3 different properties, we stayed in the beautiful Victorian next to the Abby. The restaurant in the Abby is very special."

"Staff were unresponsive to messaging as that was their chosen method of communication. Questions went unanswered. Sheets were damp. Too much scented spray of lavender? caused headaches at night. Like sleeping on a perfume bottle. "
