"Very poor checkin, fobbed off whilst having to wait, room adequate but dated and very noisy"

"While our room was small, it was very comfortable, and the location can't be beat - right in the center of London. Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff - we were able to get a later checkout and the staff helped with luggage and getting a cab to the airport. "

"We had booked a suite and there was three of us . The mini bar was empty there was no bedding or towels for our other guest . We did get them after asking . The hotel has reduced what it offers guests in the executive lounge and allows children . There was no extra America in the bathroom . Mini bar was empty . There was no record player or guitar in our suite and the view was and external view . So overall not worth it anymore "
