With no clarification or support, I was left in a difficult situation and ultimately had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. The worst thing was the two different fees I was asked to pay, I was sent two different links for the same room (payment method) two links to pay £200.00, then I was sent a further two links to pay £100.00. therefore, I reported you, hopefully it can get my money back.
