"Overpriced for a 2-3 star hotel even in London. However it was central, clean and the AC worked. Oddly it looked as if the fixtures and furniture were from other properties. We were a cramped family of four, would try with just two travelling."

"Booked it last minute, credit card charged, never recieved a email with how to enter, proper address. We took a uber to the complex, still no email. After 3 hours of talking to Expedia they finaly texted and said was no longer available, to contact Expedia to get money. Disgusting how they treated us"

"Für diejenigen, die einen "short stay" gebucht haben: Es ist ein Studentenwohnheim mit besonderen Annehmlichkeiten. Nur Gäste mit key card können auf das Gelände, die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten, kein Fernseher, die Toilette und die Dusche müssen mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden (Tipp: Badeschlappen, evtl. Bademantel mitnehmen!). Das Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen. Es ist reichhaltig (englisch und kontinental). Man bezahlt, was man nimmt. Sehr günstig und stilvoll im Großen Saal serviert....

"Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly."
