"It took 2 hours to find the property as it not mark up and no outside signs... Keyless entry did not work and this took another hour to sort out over the phone, over all the property is in poor condition outside and in. The room was very small and in poor repair. The room was missing cups, coffee and and had 2 tea bags bags and one sugar stick Ther wee no towels in the room and in the cubards there was some rubbish and a dirty towel Over all it's not a good Property or value for many .....

"We only stayed one night, but it was great. Close to St Pancras but quiet and with a lovely green space outside. There were some really nice restaurants and bars a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again."

"difficult area to find the hotel, hotel is hidden in a construction blocked area, Google Maps doesn't help going into the hotel it actually gets you lost because of the blocked streets and passagewasy. If you don't have to be in that area please avoid the this hotel a total nightmare during the worst time in the evening after UK airport shutdown Sep 08. Fist time visitors to the Euston Rd area do not book this hotel you will be getting lost. Thanks for reading"

"Wasn't easy to find the place just because no main entrance just a small door and nothing was write to find it easily. The room too small very difficult to enter especially when I received a visitor. The shower was leaking and the shower door just fell down and was not easy for me to have a good shower. I think next time I will not book this hotel at all."

"Pro’s: The location, how quiet the balcony was, the friendly smile we got at check in. Con’s: The sink didn’t drain properly (asked the staff to fix it, they didn’t), the place was kindof clean at first glance -until you look in the corners and at the drinking glasses, the shower was small and in bumped my head getting into it, the air con kept turning off, the listing didn’t have an address (only a street name) so we had to call to ask where they were located specifically, the “reception” was...
