"Great location with parking for Beckenham town centre a short walk , hotel is a bit tatty around the edges and could do with a refresh, we had a leak from a room above due to shower tray not draining properly and them leaving the shower door open, staff attending quickly but not much they could do with the drip drip drip."

"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. Our room 1 is right next to the stairs so you will hear people hauling luggage late at night after arrival or checking out early in the morning. I understand in the old days the sink has the hot...
