"Great location near Paddington along with Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens. Lots of dining options close by too.
No Air Con and with 3 fire doors within a short hallway we couldn’t get any draft. They did have a fan in the room and the window opened a little bit.
Tiny bathroom."

"Lovely little room with everything you might want … and nice bathroom which was much bigger than expected. Very convenient for visiting our daughter in Earlsfield and quiet overnight. We can recommend the cafe downstairs for a healthy breakfast "

"Loved the views of the bridge & the river. Staff was very helpful, air conditioner didn’t work but they brought us a portable one which worked great. We had leftovers from a nice restaurant so they brought a refrigerator to our room. Loved that their was a bathtub in the room too."
"Staff really helpful and lovely, room really nice, breakfast delicious. They put a balloon and goodies in our room as it was my birthday. Special touch, very much appreciated. "
"Great value for a hotel in a good neighbourhood in central London. Popular with bus tours and school trips, so the lobby is always hopping. We had an enjoyable visit in a triple room which was great for our family group. There is no air conditioning so it was warm but this is petty typical."
"I was honestly impressed with how much I liked my stay here with my young child! The room was very clean, staff was amazing, the room was small and simple but perfect size for what we needed: to sleep comfortably. The bed was comfortable and the AC was so good we woke up feeling cold even though it was roasting outside. It is located in a great area, very close to the Victoria Station and many restaurants. We will definitely be back!"
"The hotel was modern and was in great shape, but there were literally no amenities. They didn’t have any water for the room. They claimed to have a restaurant, but there was no restaurant - there was one across the street that was only open for breakfast; the bathroom floors were not clean- you couldn’t tell until you walked on them, but they obviously had not been mopped. The bar which was limited in items did not have many seats, so it was always full. However, every single member of the staff was great."
"The only negative thing I have to comment on is the pre-arrival service with reservations. I had received confirmation they would cancel my booking through Hotels.com for a single pod, because I wanted to upgrade to a double pod, and after making the second booking for a double pod, they refused Hotels.com approval cancel the first booking free of charge. It was only after providing the proof of emails to Hotels.com and them persevering, that Otherwander cancelled the first booking free of charge and retained my second booking.
In terms of the property itself, it was really cool and a unique experience. It's basically like staying in an uber-modern hostel with private, secure and quiet bunks. The bathrooms are greatly appointed, though in the next refit I think they could do with some more bench space to be able to put your bags etc.
Even though the Double Pods technically can sleep two people, it would be VERY tight. Great for one person though. Would stay again when by myself."
