Overall it was good but it isn't a hotel its like an Airbnb with no front staff ! Its clean and well maintain but seems bit old! There's no AC or Fan so during summer it can be little hot! The cleanliness is good but due to it being old things seems bit dirty!

I would not recommend this property. The property is a small shared house. The stairs are dangerously narrow and unsafe.

Do not book this. I couldn't stay the night and had to find another hotel - that's how bad it was. I would say it's a fraud, but don't want my reviw to be taken down.

Booked at extremely short notice after my previous booking with Vrbo was cancelled. Property is part of a shared house with five bedsits within a single building sharing a single kitchen. Parking is very limited with a small drive. Regardless of what one of the other occupiers might think, there nis not enough space for two cars without parking right in fron of the front door, which would likely pose fire exit hazard given the liited access. For the purpose of somewhere to sleep with access to the DLR and even City Aiport, then place is perfectly fine. No bells and whistles, and no fusses. Quiet area and very pleasent stay.

This was a major disappointment and I don’t recommend anyone stay here. The pictures that they show for the property must be AI generated. The address on the property in hotels.com is 10 minutes away from the actual property. The room had a strange smell. It was smaller than the pictures and had holes in the wall from where a tv must have been. It was supposed to be an en-suite room but it wasn’t. It was just a room in a house. The bathroom was grotty and there was no hand soap. We will not be staying here and hotels.com should remove this listing.

Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was incorrect, and it took a long time to locate the house. I had to call the contact multiple times just to find the place and understand how to gain entry. When we finally received the keys, the entrance door was jammed and extremely difficult to open. Inside, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, and the overall condition of the property felt unsafe and very poorly maintained. The house appeared shady and uncomfortable. We stayed for no more than 10 minutes, only long enough to leave our bags. After returning later from London New Year’s Eve celebrations, we immediately collected our belongings and left due to the severe smell and unacceptable conditions. We did not use any amenities. To make matters worse, the owner was impolite that they refused to refund the monies. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

First of the descriptions of the place was very difficult to locate and I don't get it why they added photos of an university campus and the direction of address wasn't accurate. Then it stated free parking spot in the area, but I just received a parking ticket of £60 on same place with a photo of where I parked my rental car during my stay. I could have stayed at a hotel with parking spot and pay less. Maybe other customers will be okay with place, but I had a terrible experience and it's better to give a good descriptions of what customers should expect. Thanks for hosting me
