"Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations...

"The location is great, right in the center of Larambla which has many stors and restaurants. The hotel decore is very nice, and has an overall good vibe. The room was clean, in good condition and spacious. They also have a high class spa.The staff was nice and accommodating and the breafast buffet was rich and tasty."

"I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. "

"This hotel is absolutely amazing. Worth 5*. Decor and rooms are high quality, clean and cosy. Staff is exceptional throughout the hotel but the best thing is the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were the highlights of our stay. We are a demanding couple but have no remarks on this hotel. Keep up the good work and this level of quality.
