"Great staff, clean room, great location, good space"

"We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Hotel La Pau in Barcelona as a family of four. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the main sights, restaurants and shops. "Room was very clean, bathroom was large with a tub on one side and shower on the other. Free drink at the bar downstairs. Along the beach with access to +++ local dining options. Taxis right outside made it easy to catch one to airport in the morning."

"Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. "I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. "
