"The staff was wonderful and location was great. The bed and couch were not very comfy and the breakfast was timed and very simple. We didn't initially realize that everything was unplugged and we had to turn on the water heater for a warm shower but once identified those were easy enough to manage. Not that it was entirely unexpected, but there is no elevator and we were three flights up so that is something to consider."

She is really nice friendly and gave us information where to go and history about the city and the hotel. Very useful and interesting. If you need anything she’s there to help. "The IQ Hotel Firenze saved us!! We originally booked another hotel and it was an absolute dump. After having stayed in the IQ Hotel Roma we were so happy to know that there was an IQ Hotel in Florence. We immediately called them and were able to get the most beautiful room for the remainder of our stay. The staff knew of our predicament and they had an amenity waiting in our room when we checked in, which was so thoughtful of them! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable! The hotel has a laundry room which is so convenient! Their room service and food was top notch. We can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and making our stay in Florence a beautiful one! "
