The true hidden gem, though, is Karen, who served us breakfast two mornings in a row. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to take care of our special needs daughter’s gluten-free dietary needs. She made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for. On top of that, she took time to chat with us while still providing outstanding service. Karen is the kind of person who turns a nice stay into a memorable one. We can’t thank her enough!"
