"Our floor was a non smoking floor but on our second day, the halls smelled like cigarette smoke and we were awakened the following morning in our rooms with the smell of cigarette smoke. Our son has asthma so that was a huge concern. They immediately offered to change us to a different room to mitigate the issue."
