"I chose this resort because it looked like a place that was authentic Thai environment. It did not disappoint. Our beach front cottage was old, for sure, but well kept and the decor was very cool. Plenty of room for my family of four. Lots of privacy thanks to all of the greenery. The staff was very helpful. We had a few issues the first night but they were all taken care of within a few hours when we notified management the next day. Laundry service onsite was excellent. I highly recommend this...

"Where to we start. Stay away at all cost. Upon arrival the one of the staff were picking her feet on the desk. We had the keys threw at us. To open the door on room there was a padlock on the outside this meant that you could not lock the whilst you are inside. On entering the room we were overpowered by the smell of urine and seemed to some rodent activity. The wardroab doors had been chewed and there were dropping in the bathroom and inside the wardrobe. "Nice hotel, needs a bit of upkeep. Pool area was very nice and taken care of. Cottages had many small openings around the windows for mosquitos and critters to enter the room- recommend you take a roll of packing tape or similar to seal holes. Breakfast was adequate at best, we felt like eating out instead."

"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. Only due to a nice local Thai man, did we get a new taxi and find the villa. The villa in the photo shows a beach - we had no beach. "A quiet location right on the beach. The bungalow was spacious and just what we needed for our family of four. The kitchen had a microwave and stove so could boil water/cook. We hired a car so we could get around the Island and loved returning to our peaceful location. "
