The chalet rooms are bit stuffy and smells of firewood inside from the usage of wood burning fireplace. The ambience is nothing spectacular as its away from the main Banff strip. Friendly staff, and it was a nice surprise to be upgraded to a suite. The hotel is very convenient for the ski bus, and the grotto hot tub was the highlight after a day on the slopes.
