"Check in after arrival was easy, the reception staff friendly and helpful at all times, the concierge helpful regarding sites to visit and directing me to places, though some places can be reached by walking instead of taxi (surely after respecting certain precautions, i.e. ladies leave your Gucci bags and diamonds at home) but I think it is just a safety first policy by the hotel. I did not encounter any lapses with the house keeping as I had read at some other rating websites and found them...

"Yes hotel was very nice. All staff are Friendly and helpful who never failed to smile especially reception desk Staff Nabila who goes extra mile in making my stay very pleasant.
