Suite room is large, clean, modern and bright. Breakfast has many choices and delicious. But, the bed sheet a bit old - ripped and stained. Bathroom has very strong smoking smells. Other than that, this property is excellent.

Good location, clean room excellent staffs and breakfast. Internet connection - wifi in rooms were not stable and strong enough - i depend on data most of the time. , Executive deluxe room are facing to road and rooms are not sound proof, but on request they have immediately changed and upgraded room ' which solved sound issue.

Stayed at Aston Pasteur for 4 nights. Hotel lobby looks astounding! The restroom at the lobby is very clean. Check in was swift, there were welcome drinks when we arrived. Not sure why many people commented on having to wait a long time for the lifts.Thankfully, We had no problem whatsoever. Hotel is super clean. our family suite is beautiful!! Super comfy with great bedding. Toilet is rather small for a Family Suite room, but fixtures are high end. Kids enjoyed the jacuzzi as swimming pool was too cold. Generous and delicious buffet breakfast spread! Most of our requested were fulfilled swiftly, no delays. Housekeeping did a great job daily, which is appreciated. Aston should really look into providing closet for the rooms. Safe in the room is a plus! Wifi is available throughout the hotel, no charge! Awesome! Unfortunately, i got food poisioning from a room service order and was out sick for the rest of our trip to Bandung. Room service should double check quality of the food. Prawns were off. Also, because location of the hotel is near a toll gate, anticipate jams during peak periods and plan your trip accordingly. Aside from some of the issues faced, our stay at first stay Aston Pasteur was awesome! All employees we interacted with were polite and helpful.

It was nice and comfortable hotel. At high occupancy at the hotel the lifts were fully loaded and took more than 10 minutes to enable us to get our turn.

It’s a nice hotel and not far from airport. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. The only bad experience I had was going up and down in the lift for more than 10mins. Then I realised it’s a staff’s lift. Anyway, overall it’s a nice hotel.

Slight disappointment. The Executive room was smaller than what I should have gotten for the amount I paid in Bandung. The lifts were frequently down and super slow so I used the stairs to get to my 9th level room. The pool and gym were decent especially the gym. Some of the equipment was old but functional nonetheless. Breakfast was 4.5 out of 5 for me. WiFi was mostly excellent anywhere in the hotel. The area has a mall and some restaurants closeby, some were open till 11pm so big bonus. I'll consider going back here but would be sensitive about prices.

The staffs was so helpful to provide my request on decorating the room for my wife birthday. They also gave me a complimentary cake for it which i think that was nice of the hotel. Overall it was plesant to stay but the area wasnt an attractive area. Still it was nice place to stay

Cozy stay
Second time we stayed here, before going and after coming back from Garut. We still took the family room as we are 3 adults. The service, warmth, friendliness of the staffs are still amazing. Food varieties during breakfast are good. Wish we could stayed longer. Definitely will come back.
