"We were welcomed by day manager and she was awesome! Very friendly polite and eager to help us with any questions we had. The rest of the staff were also nice and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable beds. I like they have cameras in the hallways and outside the building,making my daughter and I feel safe. Good breakfast and easy check out at noon! Yay we slept in late last day and was all worth it! Highly recommend this place"

"I travel with my kids to San Antonio once or twice a year, and Fairfield Inn has become our go-to place to stay. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness. I notice even the smallest things like dust behind furniture. This hotel always gives me peace of mind. It’s extremely clean, which makes me feel safe and comfortable bringing my kids. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options are great. We’ll definitely be back for our next family trip!"

"Friendly staff. Clean rooms. The only complaint is the lack of paved parking. When the main parking gets filled the overflow area is unpaved and dark."
