"In my opinion this is a very special property because of its size and location. It is a small boutique motel located just a five minute walk to the packing district and city center, and just about a mile from Disneyland gate. There are tons of eateries and entertainment venues in the area which are all within a short walk or drive from the motel. The motel is quiet and the rooms are a nice size and always clean. I've never had a problem with noise or cleanliness in the past year and I stay at...

"The staff was very nice and the inn is small and intimate. You are definitely paying for the location. Some things are a little outdated and the shower head kinda sucked but honestly, I would return again for the location and outside amenities alone. I love the area."

"The property presented well from the outside but there were roaches, flies, and spiders in the room. The room was stuffy and the A/C kept making a strange random annoying noise throughout the night, keeping me up. Ash the manager was friendly but I probably will never stay there again. I definitely don't recommend."

"Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times so we could stand to be in the room. Glad the window opened so we could air the smell out. There were no lamps in the room, just big lights. Towels were threadbare. The staff were super kind, and it was an easy walk to Disney. If you're looking for a budget place to stay, this really is bare minimum."
