"Michael was very kind in letting us check in a half hour early. Natalie was so very sweet and welcoming and accommodating. The property is absolutely beautiful and quiet. The pool and bungalow were very clean and beautifully maintained. The bed and pillows were plush and very comfortable. The decor was light and airy and cozy. "The hotel is pretty new. From room to amenities in the resort, everything is great! For parents with kids, they charge extra for kid stay ( my son only 3 years old) which I don’t see it often at other resorts. And you’ll be charged with service fee besides tax and room price at the beginning ( I didn’t realize it until I went to Hyatt afterwards while comparing the invoices in Expedia app). Overall, the experience was amazing but a little bit pricey given it’s not an all inclusive service. "
