"The staff were amazing!. Free breakfast and Airport shuttle including is a bonus. It’s also directly from SM mall which you don’t need to leave the building to shop and eat. Japanese and English friendly. "

"The room is so dark, no tv, bad internet, no umbrella to offer for the guest during rainy days, not so friendly stuffs. "

"I booked Junior suite but the bed was against the wall. You have to crawl on the other side. The location was not great. The bed and pillows were comfy. I was informed if you check in earlier, a 200 Php per hour fees, ice cubes cost 50 Php."

"Great place, and restaurant, exceptional staff. The internet was a bit slow for a place in IT park but workable. Nice terrace bar although sometimes the music was quite loud with loud speakers everywhere, also inside. Everything else perfect."

"We only stayed here for our overnight layover. It did the job of giving us a place to sleep, and the shuttle service and staff were all very helpful. Our room had a really odd smell to it though and the street noise was very loud. Not a location if you’re looking to stay for long."

"The place itself is nice. But the food is disappointing. Not only is it expensive, it doesn’t taste good. The pasta we ordered on the first night at Kilimanjaro cafe was not thoroughly cooked. You can taste and see the hard shell. The staff are amazing."
